Scope of Agreement and Application
This agreement applies to all purchases, sales, installation of carpets and other related accessories. This is supplied by our carpet tile company to any retail, commercial, or wholesale customer. Placing an order or paying a deposit means you fully admit these terms, and we have the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The terms active at the exact time of your order confirmation will be applied to all specific buys.
Request Quotations & Placing Orders
All price quotes are valid up to 14 days from the issue date. After 14 days, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to manufacturer or material cost increases. An order is not officially confirmed unless we receive your signed contract, digital approval, or required deposit payment. Custom orders or non-stock carpet designs require a 75% advance payment before production and dispatch begins.
Delivered Product Inspection & Acceptance
We ensure your ordered products will be delivered within 24 hours of delivery. But we are not responsible if the delay happens due to unforeseen circumstances. You must inspect all your parcels upon arrival. You must report our team by sending clear pictures or videos for any hidden defects, or color differences with in 48 hours of delivery. If you fail to submit your complaint within this given time, you are bound to accept the full order as delivered.
Copyright And Intellectual Property
All product logos, text, layout designs, and graphics are the property of Carpet Tiles. You are restricted from copying or republishing any content from our website without our permission. If you use our brand name illegally, it will result in immediate legal action for copyright violation. You can take personal and non-commercial photos of installed tiles, but commercial usage or advertising images are prohibited.
Our Legal and Liability Limitations
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or any loss of profit or revenue. Our liability shall never exceed the original paid price for any defective product or service claim. These terms are made in accordance with the laws, and any legal disputes arising from these terms and conditions are also resolved by courts.
